Evangeline is the first to arrive. She nervously steps over to a hoop. She starts jumping in and out of it humming to herself.

*Draven arrives, and sits gets into a hoop, and starts trying with all of his mite to apperate out of it.* Grrrrr! *Draven growled in frustration, as he falls on his butt.*

Adrian gazed in the general direction Mr. Twycross who was igiving a speech on proper form.
Twycross: "Just remember the three D's class, now everyone give it a go."

Adrian turned uncertainly, "3 D's?" he said to the nearest student?

Crystal walks into the Great Hall, and stands in a hoop next to Angel.

"It's meant to be really hard, I definately won't pass first try!" said Crystal.

She tries with all her might to apparate out the hoop.

"Nope, not working.. But I supose the teacher's not here yet to teach us the basics..."

*Draven who was listening to the teacher's speach, tryed with all his might to apperate, but wound up falling down again... About three times later me had mannaged to get half of himeself out of the hoop.* GAH!!! *Draven screamed as he looked at his legs still in the hoop.*

No-one in the room appeared to be having much success. Adrian smirked as a guy started screaming, his legs some 20 feet away. "Right so its uhh destination, and umm -determination, and . . . oh yes -deliberation" Adrian muttered to himself, who had yet to make even his first attempt at apparating.

"Oh, cool!" Crystal beemed.

She tried again. She closed her eyes with all her might and thought of the place she wanted to go most, which happened to be outside the hoop. She opened her eyes.
Crystal looked down and gasped, one of her legs was missing. It was beside her, outside the hoop.
The teacher came rushing over and with a simple flick of his wand, Crystals leg was firmly in place.
"Oh, thank goodness for that" Crystal laughed "Oh well, I supose it's a start!"

*Evangeline is busy watching everyone else attempt to apparate and then she realizes she hasn't tried yet* Oh! Determination...destination...deliberation. In that order?

Okay lets try this again Adrian thought, who hadn't even managed to splinch himself. Destination, determination, and deliberation he repeated now closing his eyes. "Gosh, this is stupid" he muttered in frustration

*Draven stood back inside of his hoop, and thought with all of his might.. He closed his eyes, and thought of the outside of the hoop infront of him. When he opened his eyes, he had mannaged to aparate himself outside of the hoop.* YES! *draven jumped up, in excitement.*

"Well aren't we just perfect" Adrian muttered. Despite himself he murmered a small "congrats" to Draven. Better him than that other chick, Angel or whatever her name was he told himself.

*Draven continued apperating in and out of the hoop when the instructor walked up to him.* Great job my boy.. Now I want you to try and apperate up to the platform in the front!
*Draven got nervous for a second, and than said.* Okay.. *Draven got he front of the room in his thoughts, concentraited really hard, and closed his eyes.. Next thing he knew he was sitting in the front of the room right next to McGonigle.* Whoa.. That was easy! *Draven smiled.*

*Evangeline closed her eyes and tried to apparate out side of her hoop. She felt this odd pressing sensation all around her, when it subsided she opened her eyes. She was not outside of her hoop, she was in the library!* "I need to work on destination" she muttered to herself as she set off back to the great hall.
