lol he does have a thing with anger, even jo said so

he actually reminds me of me at 15, i really had anger issues back then, the difference is that he has way more reason to have them than i did Razz

i dont think its that bead though, he really does have decent reasons to be angry and he does work out of them mostly by the end of the book, he does a lot of growing and becomes a better person, i liked seeing that

I think he's alright but he has never been one of my favourite characters. I've always found scenes with Ron, Tonks and Lupin in more interesting. However it is personal taste, and I realise that mine is slightly weird Smile

I think harry is ok but he can be a bit big headed.He goes around taking all these risks and other people have to save him.I find it extremly annoying.

Thats what so good about the books. Without all those risk-takings, the book would be boring and plain devastating. So it's good to take risks and get help, and Harry saves heeps of people, so their not going to be selfish and not help. Thats just slack.

There's just the one book I think where Harry gets whiny and has the martyr complex going. He is annoying in that one. I think Ron trumps Harry as the overall most annoying, though.

^ i dont think either of them is annoying or whiny, they are pretty regular teens imo, teens can sometimes complain a bit too much, but as i have said like about 100 times harry has good reasons to complain about unlike most teens

and you are forgetting that everyone can be a bit annoying every once in a while without meaning to be so, they are ppl, when you live ppl you always have to put up with a bit of them, if harry wouldnt complain at all he would just bore the hell out of you for being too perfect, not mentioning that no one would buy a character like that

I think he is sort of ignorant in so many aspects... even if he has learned a lot throught the books...

And I love to see him suffering. C'mon, guys, those are the best scenes in the books, all that tension an expectation about what's going to happen, whether he will be alright or not - and if yes, HOW that's going to happen...

Harry was actually one of my least favorite characters in the book...all that teen angst got a bit obnoxious at times
