I always found the best way to get things like that off your mind is going outside and walking or something. When my cat disappeared a couple months ago, that's what I did. And you just think about everything, it usually helps to cheer me up.

Sorry to hear about this, I guess the best thing to do is stay busy and active.

Posting in online forums can help keep you busy. Wink

Sorry to hear about your dog.

I'd go watch my favorite movie. One where you can recite all the lines, but it's still fun to watch over and over again.

My favorite movie is about dogs. . . so that wouldn't really work.

BUT I'm having my mom get 27 Dresses on PPV. I doubt there will be any dogs in that movie. . .

I understand your pain.
My dog died about a month ago and another a few years back.
Also a family member a month ago as well, so ya it just got worse ans worse, hopefully your situation will be fine after a few days.

I hope so. . . it was really sad though because about 10 minutes before it happened, he got scolded for taking some yarn. . .

that's so sad Sad

just try to keep your mind on other things, and if you must think about your dog, think about all the good things instead of the actual death.

aww... I'm so sorry... I remember losing my cat and I understand exactly how you feel. It's not a good feeling. I wish I knew a good way to help you. When I'm feeling down, I usually turn on some upbeat music and read...

It almost gets put down 'cause the main character's sister takes it to the pound thinking it's a dog hotel/groomer or something like that.

Well, I just know that everyone has their own problems. . .
I wasn't sure if whining about my own was a bother or not.
But thank you all. . .
