PSP vs DS. which do you think is teh better hand held?

Being an owner of both I'm gonna say PSP.

I've had my DS since the lite came out. And my original one broke within a few months. After about a year and a half I only owned 3 games. And I sold all of them to buy PSP games.

My PSP is simply amazing. So many more options than the DS.
Simply Superior.

no i dont think so, but think about the quality of games you're getting, i played HP games in it, and i think there is a lot difference in the graphics and game play dept

No, but the DS's audio ability is so terrible, it's going to be pointless.

You never know, with all the capabilities, it could happen on the PSP.

The DS doesn't have Metal Gear solid,

I played my friends DS and it was the most lamest peace of junk I had ever touched. Psp has my vote.

The touch screen really isn't all that great.

yea compare to the better control you have in the psp

one thing in the psp that amuses me is the power to playback a video on the PSP to the TV.

I like both equally....

But, I voted for the DS because...

It has the most old-school & more well-known games on it...

The PSP definitely.

The graphics are better and just the gameplay and what you can do with it. Also I think the PSP looks better and is more durable.

so I mean it looks better and I mean it was Sonys like first attempt to make a handheld. at least Nintedo has made a few handhelds like the gameboy I mean it wasnt all that great but still awesome.

for a first attempt at a hand held, it trumps any other hand held that nintento has ever even thought about.

Nintendo is basically a children's company now.
With the Wii and DS.
basically remaking every game they can with all the franchises they have and deserting anything new and creative.

DS.

PSP did not trump DS. DS still breaks record sales and nintendo dominates the handheld industry. The PSP did not reach its expectations even though its the most popular handheld non nintendo created.

Now every time i walk into eb games i see a small PSP section and massive rows of DS games.

i vote PSP.

Games are easier to play when the graphics are half decent.

But i am however a proud owner of a DS, and the touch screen is hella fun.

But my brothers PSP pwns it because of the graphics, ability to play music and vids etc

See it seems the only reason people like it is the touchscreen. I don't like the way Nintendo is moving. I rather have the old fashioned style controller where you don't have to move around and stuff, and it's not because I'm lazy!

The wall of ds games is also because most are learning games and child targeted games. With terrible 3d or even just plain 2d gfx.
PSP games take longer to make than a ds game.

Yeah, that and Sony doesn't mass produce games like Nintendo does.

Sony may not 'mass produce' the way nintendo does, but their exclusive games are alot better.
