Umm, Well...I'm not a lawyer so I'm not sure. The way I see it is...
Both of you have similar but different names. You guys are "Themudbloods". They are just "mudbloods" so I assume it's different. Also, Wouldn't J.K. already have a copyright to the name anyways ? Try researching. Very Happy

Actually, they are called The Mudbloods and unless they have the name copyrighted it is not illegal for you to use it, also. JKR does not mind wizard rock bands using those names. But The Mudbloods might.
