how do you keep track of your posts?

There is no feature on this, you just have to remember where you posted.

Are you kidding, Al? There's a little post-counter right under your avatar wherever you make a post. There's also a search feature at the top of the page that allows you to search through the entire forum by name of poster (and other things like keyword, topic, etc.) so you can even search for all posts made by "TheMudbloods" and find every post you ever made.

As in keep track of posts, I mean you can't organize your posts unless you link yourself to each one you make, which is pointless.

You can click the total number of posts located under your avatar or view your profile and "View all posts by "User name here". Doing this will show posts that you've made or topics you have created. Like Flamingmonkey said you could also use the "Search" button on the menu bar on top of the forums to locate specific posts that you may or may not have posted in.

Well, I suppose you could view your own profile and click the thing to see the topics you've posted on. I don't think there's really a point in doing that though. It's a waste of time. Just try to remember which threads you've posted in. If they're not active, then oh well.

As DarMonkey said you can can also click on the [url]View your posts[/url] that as he said, is on the upper right area of the homepage. Its quite simple really.
