Obviously the Cloak. Even if you didn't go pursuing trouble with the wand so that people didn't constantly come after you for it, it's just a wand. There's really not much you can do with it you couldn't do with a normal wand, and the things you might need it for are practically a 1/1,000,000 chance. The Cloak on the other hand could come in handy for numerous occasions, like sneaking through dangerous territory or completely concealing yourself from enemies. Two things that could save your life a lot more safely than dueling with a powerful wand.
