Whenevr i try to laod a youtube movie, either the streaming doesn't start at all, or it only does this partially.
I've tried refreshing the page, which usually ends in the streaming stalling in a random different place(usually closer to the beginning than the end).
Also tried closing and reopening my browser, this sometimes has effect, but most of the time it just gives the exact same problem.

Anyone else has these problems, or does someone know the cause/cure?

For some reason this problem is most common in Firefox and I don't know why. If anything try doing these things, the more info I know the more I can help.

Try another Youtube video if it works then it's that specific video.
Try a different browser. If the videos still doesn't work then it's youtube acting up.
If it works in a different web browser try restarting you browser and/or internet.

yeah, I found out it indeed is just the streaming stalling for a moment, not stopping completely. Even though that also happens.

restarting the browser gives some good effect, also refreshing the page seems to help sometimes.

And one more thing i found out. My internet provider is crap, so it might me that, i'm being kicked off msn all the time as well.
