Yeah, Ginny isn't boring. Luna is funny, definitely, but so is Ginny. It's mentioned throughout HBP how Ginny makes Harry laugh.

She's only had two before Harry, Michael Corner and Dean Thomas. And she didnt go through them fast, they all lasted about a year. She's not a Scarlett woman, she didn't care about them enough to continue dating them.
