He was always mentioned to be a rather good looking young man in the books, as well has the movies. (He had his looks from his muggle father.) When Tom goes to his uncle Morphin he tells Tom he looks like that "Muggle" from the village.

i don't think voldemort would have been interested in sex (later in life, at least)
he was definitely charming, handsome and mysterious growing up and could probably get whatever female he wanted and probably did it just for boredom and to play with thier minds (physically..does that make sense?  ) but i couldn't see him being distracted with it as he was rising to power..

i dont believe voldie died a virgin. he might have thought himself above the common human pleasures of food and sex, but he might have raped a girl or two, and perhaps exploited bellatrix to taste pureblood flesh. he may not have enjoyed it like normal humans do. it was more of a power thing for him. but i highly doubt he died a virgin, unlike dumbledore.
