I'm just wondering what the "four days left of being unable to perform magic" is about then..? it's a bit confusing imo..
It does raise one question... if underage wizards are not allowed to heal themselves, then what do they do if they get hurt and there is no way to get help from someone old enough? I mean in an emergency, I'm sure the ministry would be lenient... but not if the Ministry is being run by Voldemort and your name is Harry. They must have sticky bandages (band-aids) in the wizarding world, or something equivellent to that, right? What do you guys think?
Underage wizards can use magic in life and death situations. Other than that, underage wizards have parents to take care of accidents.

Also, what would Harry do if he was in an emergency situation, with no adults and Voldemort has taken over the Ministry.. if he uses magic the Ministry would be able to sense it and find him. Poor Harry, I guess it's worth it to set off the alarms, if he's going to die from blood loss, anyway.
Your question makes no sense to me, though. If it's an emergency, then they can do magic themselves. If they don't know the magic, then they're screwed, but that's not the fault of any ministry rules.
Ok... let me rephrase my question, "What do the kiddies do when they hurt themselves and there is no adults around to help them?" Not a broken leg, but, like, a bad papercut or something. OR what if an 11 year old hurts themselves badly and there is no adult to help them and they never learned how to mend bones? My question remains... "What does a child do if they hurt themselves and there is no adult around to help them?"
In our world we pick up the phone and dial 911 (or whatever the emergency number is in their country) or we put on a band-aid with antiseptic. What do the magical kids do?
i would imagine they have some sort of emergency transport since they have hospitals n stuff... maybe theres like paramedic owls that can notify someone. or like life alert maybe theres a button they can push _________________
