I don't think she meant that he was jealous of her, just jealous in general that everyone else seemd to be growing up and experiencing love and teen angst while he was sitting around on his bum brooding about Krum being a git. But yeah, her comment did eventually lead to "Ravender" which was definitely not my favorite ship.
