Does anyone know if there is one for sale anywhere? I've search Google many times but can't seem to find a site that sells them. You know the one, that wizards traditionally get on their 17th birthday.

I would LOVE it..... I'd probably save it and give it to my eldest son on his 17th birthday... that is, if I could stand to part with it.
