I dont think they are opposite actually. OK, Hermoine is more organised and smarter(but she is smarter than everyone). But they are both a bit dorky, in for adventure, care a lot about family and friends.

he regretted that though. And he was influenced by the medaillon. Later he did everything to find them though. And once he had found them he had also rescued Harry out of the water..
