This has been annoying me ever since I saw the new Professor Flitwick in the third movie. In the first and second movies, Flitwick is a very jolly, short person, who looks old and in the third and forth movies, Flitwick is sort of jolly, short, but looks a lot younger than when he did in the first and second movies. In the first and second movies, Flitwick had white hair, and in the third and forth movies, Flitwick has black hair! It's like Flitwick's years go backwards while everyone else's go forwards! It bugs me! Do any of you feel the same?

I hadn't really, either... I shall have to take a closer look when I re-watch the movies.

Yep, it does bug me a little but only a little. I don't know which Flitwick I prefer, they are both kind of nice but somehow I pictured Flitwick more like the younger movie Flitwick with the dark hair and younger looks ... ah well, they are both allright.

I realized that. It bugged me to death. The new one has a new sounding voice to (obviously). A person doesn't just get yunger over the summer. Enless they get plastic surgery. I'm 100% sure that Flitwick didn't get plastic surgery.

Yes it doesn't bother me too much, but it rather weird, he has suddenly got younger, like he has a spell put on him to make him younger.

It's hard to see characters change cuz you get used to them....I hope the none of the main characters ever change.

Yes, I noticed and I don't like it. I thought it was just me! I thought the 1st was just like the book. I think some of the directors go out of their way to get away from the books.

if any of the characters change it would made the whole movie awkward.
