Listen, I don't want you to take this the wrong way, but generally you want to make forums for something that is popular. Such as, Star Wars, HP, Lord of the Rings, Star Trek, or some sort of game that would attract nerds.

Why can't she just make a forums for what she likes ? That's what I did...
Who's to say she even wants a popular forums ? Maybe she just wants a forums where her and her friends could chat.
