No he doesn't have any children because after the shock news that Dumbledore's gay... we can't believe much more.

But in the 7th book J.K Rowling says that Abertforth's greatest unpleasent memory was that Dumbledore wasn't having care after his sister and he had a strong relationship with Grindelwald.
