i don't know if they will be able to get the same fleur because the contract was probably only for GoF. I don't think they thought she would be returning in the story, same goes for krum but his part wasn't that important.

I think Krum is important in the 7th movie, I think he needs to return because
a) Harry will then remember Krum's wand maker Gregorovitch
b) Explanation of what Luna's father was wearing (deathly hallows symbol)

how on earth can they cut her out of the film?

she wont be in HBP. but have really got no choice in DH. if they cut her part out, they really limit there options further in the book. and plus it would cause a huge uproar if scenes were changed and cut out in DH. thats why they are splitting it, to get it as close to the book as possible.
and with the bill thing. they are going to have to cast all the weasley's for DH. as they cant have the scene at the end

I can't remember where I read it and if it is true or not, but they were supposed to talk about the wedding in HBP and have Fleur back in DH. Like I said I don't know if it is true. _________________
I think she'll be cut out. She's not so important to be in the film. I would like to see her, but doubt it.
You're right she's not that important in it but Bill & Fleur wedding is, which Fleur kind of has to be in so i'm guessing she is going to be in it. _________________

it will be so screwed if they don't have the wedding. and seeing as fleurs not goin to be in HBP that means they can't introduce the wedding for DH. then again with the split it might give them more time to introduce the whole wedding thing. _________________
