I was reading up about blood types and it inspired me to make a poll. I'm just curious, that's all. Smile

I'm O+, which means I can give my blood to O+, A+, B+, and AB+, but I only can receive from O+ and O-. Here's the table of compatibility:

I love my blood type. I can actually say that I'm so smart, even my blood gets an A+.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think i'm O-. I know I'm O SOMETING, and recall hearing "O-" in reference to my blood before. I think. It's been a long time since I donated blood.

lol, if they already know it then it will save some time. They won't have to wait for your blood to go to the lab . . . in which time you could bleed to death.

no idea. i can't donate blood because i'm too young, and i've never needed blood, or if i have i've been unconcious at the time, because i have no idea what happened when they operated on my thumb, but then again it's a thumb so i guess it isn't likely i needed blood...
anyway point is i don't know my blood type.

Most likely, if it's that big of an emergency where they need to know my blood type right away... I'm not going to be in the right state of mind to be giving out random information like that, anyway. I've only ever needed one blood transfusion and I was unconscious at the time. Knowing my blood type wouldn't have done anything to help them get the proper blood to me faster.

I dunno my blood type and I can never give blood as I'm on full time meds...Not that anyone would get MY blood anyway. It's called MY blood for a reason Razz
