everybody says that Harry Potter and the Triwizard Tournament is a good title but early on in the book we find out that something special is happening at the school, if the title were "The Triwizard Tournament" then the secret happining at hogwarts would be guessed by everybody who had ever read books 1-3.

I can't really imagine Goblet of Fire being replaced with something else in the title.

Well, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is sort of the best title, I'm sticking to it, because anything else would give it all away. The Imposter - The idea is not bad, but it would tell us that there is an imposter that exists in Hogwarts or is connected to a bigger part of the story. The Triwizard Tournament is good, but it was supposed to be a surprise that the Triwizard Tournament exists, imo. But if I had to chose something second best to GoF I would say... Harry Potter and the Return of the Dark Lord. LOL joke! I would say... Harry Potter and the Parting of the Ways. It's not much, but it's the best I've got ^^

Harry Potter And The Triwizard Tournament would not be a good title cause then we will be free of tension about "the great thing that is going to happen this year at Hogwarts".I vote for the GoF!

I would have liked the title to be " Harry Potter And The Triwizard Cup"

But what can we do Goblet of Fire is still not a bad title...

To be honest, that title sounds a little weak to me. I like Goblet of Fire. It sets a certain tone.
