I also like Phoenix Feather , as the core in my wand because it's like Harry 's because I have Harry's green eyes and I wear glasses like Harry and I do find a way to be loyal and to protect my friends so in a way I'm also like Harry abit in personality .

I'm sure many people have phoenix feathers in their wands. We just only know of two because they are ritualistically mentioned.

dragon heart string, I really like dragons. they're powerful so they would make a powerful wand. and I'm glad to see it posted that it is hermione's wand core

Does any one here think it's a bit strange that Jo gave unicorn hair to Ron, when unicorns have a serious aversion to people of the male persuasion. You would think that Jo would have given that one to the female of the group. What really cracks me up is that Ron is as male as it can get. He doesn't have a feminine bone in his body. Her can't even have a conversation with a female without getting completely confused.
That's my two-sense. I've been pondering this for awhile, but I suddenly felt the inspiration to post it today.

^ lol ur so right about totally man ron!
it is weird indeed, i wouldnt have predicted it if i'd had to guess his wand core, not only for the male aversion, but also that ron just doesnt seem the type
