Red Dwarf was a 90's British TV show that was aired on BBC It was hilarious i think. America had their own version of Red Dwarf but that was not half as good as the British version. My favorite character was Cat the man evolved from Dave Listers original cat.
has anyone else seen it?

Red Dwarf is forking hilarious Mate, The cast consists of a dancer (Danny John-Jules) a voice artist (Chris Barrie) a poet (Craig Charles) and a stand up comedian (Norman Lovette), the plot line involves Dave Lister (Craig Charles) is the last human left alive, he is stuck on a Jupiter mining coperation ship (Red Dwarf) lost 3 million years into deep space, Dave lister is accompanied by a holographic member of the crew Arnold Rimmer (Chris Barrie) and a senile computer with an IQ of 6000(?) (Norman Lovette) and a cat that has evolved into a near human form Felius Sapian (Danny John-Jules)

[colour=pink]text[/colour] At first i didn't know if i'll like red dwarf but when i saw the first series after reading the book in the holidays i was laughing so hard.
the best parts i like so far in red dwarf is when the cat first appears, i like how lister, rimmer and cat go to another dimension and find there oppsite selfs, i also like better than like that's really funny. And i have to say my favourite characters so far is Lister and the Cat.
Can i ask this question: - How can a talking toaster beat Holly in chess when Holly has a IQ of 6000?[/code]

Because Holly is Computer Senile... you would be to after wondering around space for 1 million years with noone to talk to.. also holly wasnt beaten in chess by the toaster in The TV show... he was beaten by Queeg

Thats true mate, The Toaster Never beat him in the Series, try to keep the book and Series Seperate please
