ok when i first saw the pic i had no idea who he was so i was like "eh, he's not all that good looking, but he'd ok i guess"
then i realised who he was and i was like OMG! he looks so much better that he did in the first few movies.

i have never really liked tom felton; he is alright but i guess he is tied with oliver wood. they both have charm

did you guys know that to make hime self look fatter, not only did he wear the fat suit, he had to put cotton-balls in his cheeks to make him look fatter

The book always describes him as a bit chubby . . . although, Jo never used that word for it. I'll see if I can dig up some descriptors..
Edit: This is from the lexicon, but the descriptors are directly from Jo's books:
Described as "a round-faced boy" (PS6); short and plump (NPR
It also has this description of a drawing of Jo's:
Rowling's own drawing of the five Gryffindor students ("Chapter 7, Draco's Duel") shows Neville as the shortest and chubbiest of the group. His hair appears to be a light-colored and he wears pajamas with teddy bears on them.
