GinnyX, that line, at least how it is translated in the Southeast is sex driven and it appearently gives boys that right to be a "playa" and if you know what that means you'll be able to figure out the rest.

well, in the dance, it does look like flying, but it (once again, down here) means something like fly from one blitch to another, or bed hopping, part of the slang definition of a playa.
