who do you think harry was most like, lily or james?
i think he was a bit more like lily (even though he has a lot of characteristics of both) and then he had special things that neither of them had, both good and bad
the fact that he grew up anything but spoiled sets a big difference in personality between him and his father and everything he went through gave him an understanding of pain that i think neither james or lily acquired

I voted for a bit of both. I think he has characteristics of both of his parents. Which is strange, since they didn't raise him. Howveer, I think the people around him helped to shape him.

I mean everyone. The Durlseys were awful to him, but the things they did to him helped him to appreciate his friends and family (the family he ends up having with Ginny). And of course the people he came across once starting Hogwarts helped, as well.

I voted for a bit of both because I think even though he looks like James and have Lily's eyes he learned to not be spoiled because Harry is not like the Dursleys he's more Potterish in my opinion rather than Dursleyish .

he's more like lily, but only slightely. like james he is brave and good at quiddich, but like lily he is very kind hearted and always helps the little guy, which i don't think james would do.
