"4. Crazy Dodging. Don't dodge too often. I can't really put a number on it, but you'll know if you're doing it."
It's pretty obvious when someone's doing it, so I'd call them on it, and ask for a repost, or get a mod to mediate.

there arent enough mods to watch every single duel and plus there arent that many anymore because....(not typing the rest)

Mods don't need to watch a duel. The victim just needs to contact a mod if he's getting god-modded against.
