Beauxbatons traveled by flying horse carriage and Durmstrang traveled by an underwater ship.

If Hogwarts students had to travel to another school what would be their mode of transportation?

yeah i would expect it to be the hogwarts express aswell, i think it would have a magical property that made able to go anywhere

So... they would load up each kid on the back of a thestral and have them fly on thestralback to the next school with their bags dangling off fthe side of the thestral?

I didn't say that the thestrals couldn't fly with the carriages, lol. But... I kinda like the idea of Durmstrang travelling by water and Beauxbatons travelling by air... and Gryffindor travelling by land. Kinda cool, huh?

IMO Hogwart Express flying would fit just fine...ride on the tracks till the edge of the country then take off into the air....IDK...maybe that's why JKR didn't have them going anywhere Laughing

That would be cool, if the Hogwarts Express just started flyinh once the tracks went as far as they could, lol.

Riding thestrals would be really awesome! Since that not many can see it so when the Hogwarts students ride it the other students from B and D would be amaze haha Smile
