What do all you guys do to stay in shape? I go to the gym and everything but i get bored with it at times. What do you guys do besides the gym? I ordered a roadbike so ill see how that goes.

I go to a kickboxing class...it's a good way to stay flexible and it's so much fun!

Gym, stayed focused as i have a point to prove to an ex-girlfriend! Smile and also i paid way to much money to waste it!

I found if you mix up your routine every 4wks you don't get bored as quickly as i used to get bored very quickly as well! Also i mix in some squash/tennis to keep up the competitive side!

I've always enjoyed lifting weights, and I've never really had a reason to need to mix it up there. On the flip side, I hate cardio stuff. Biking (either in a gym or outside) is pretty good to quite fun, but I always felt like I needed to do it for a really long time to do much good. On the other hand, it doesn't take much time running to feel like I've accomplished a lot -- but I absolutely hate running.

My best suggestion to you is to find something fun to supplement your workout, namely, a sport. Getting a road bike would be cool, but a competitive sport keeps your motor running. An active game of racquetball, squash, or something similar is a great workout. Basketball can be great, as well as soccer (football), but you need more people. Another activity to consider as a change of pace is swimming, if you have access to a facility.

I dont bother with Gyms as they cost to much and i dont like to spend money. I do Sit ups, chinups, pushups, jogging, biking, hiking and play alot of sports including tennis which i think is the best sport to stay in shape
