Daniel Radcliffe is the worst actor ever. Do you remember his "crying" outside of the shrieking shack.. it was terrible.. terrible.. it sucked... bad.. terrible.. awful..

They are getting worse for sure.
Coz the books are getting bigger and the movies are the same length. Many parts are being cut out.

I think the directors that are being used are getting better. The first director had no idea if the movie would be a hit so he wanted to make it as 'easy' to the public as possible. Now that they are major hits, plus the fact that fans complained about certain aspects of the books and movies not "matching"......they are trying make them better.

i agree, at least the book and the movie have the same idea, and they add new stuff to the movie that not in the book. Smile

I think the movies are definitely getting better as are the books, the only downfall is that they keep having to cut more and more out of the movies for length, and that is taking away a bit from the movies.

I think the movies are getting better, but in a way they're also getting worse. As far as special effects goes, they are getting much better. They're getting worse in the way of plot though. They keep having to cut out a lot of things.

GETTING WORSE!

Goblet of Fire by Mike Newell was the worst interpretation of the Harry Potter series!

He skipped out on crucial book scenes
Ruined Dumbledore and other characters
and the Graphics were bad!

Does anyone agree with me when I say they are getting better because of the technology, and the books get better as they go up?

i agree with you Wink in my opinion its really harder to create films like 3d or 4th... i understand that it was really hard to start this HP world on screen too... hm... anyway i cant say that movies are getting worse...

yeah, im not real sure about the direction of the movies. it seemed like the first one was all magical like, but now they have evolved to, judging by the previews for OotP, something similar to the prequel star wars movies, 1-3. in that respect, as visuals get better, they have a lot more fight scenes and jam packed action, but the plot line is lacking. i hope the movies dont follow this path

Well I voted worse, but I'm not really sure. Here are my views on all 4 films.

PS/SS - Good.
CoS - Ok..
PoA- Great!
GoF - Very Disapointing.

I'm not really sure... I was going to say worse but I didn't think OotP was too bad, besides cutting things out or w/e. The only Harry Potter film I kind of disliked was Goblet of Fire.

Hard question. I'll answer when I see the last two films.

Well in my opinion da first 2 movies were the ones that were most like the books, the fourth movie wasn't as good because it made it seemed that Hermione liked Harry when it was at that books were she started liking Ron.

Maybe you should watch it again, because that's not happen at all.

They are getting alot better, I'm a die hard fan, and I love "Order of the Phoenix" as far as I'm concerned they don't leave out anything too important to the plot.

Compared to themselves, they're getting much better, but compared to the books, they're getting worse. So much is changed around or left out that is's a bit frustrating.
