^Nightmare Before Christmas Counts!

This could be my new favorite thread....

Alright, since this is the movies and tv section, I'll go with musicals that were made into movies or musical movies...

In no particular order...

Rent
South Pacific
Sweeney Todd
Singing in the Rain
Lady and the Tramp

Honorable mentions...
Guys and Dolls
Aladdin
Beauty and the Beast
The Wizard of Oz
Fiddler on the Roof
Nightmare Before Christmas
The Sound of Music
Oliver!

This list is subject to change whenever I feel like it. Smile

Are we talking about movies?

Beauty and the Beast
Rent
Phantom of the Opera
Grease
My Fair Ladies

If we were talking about plays, the it would be the same, except that Wicked would take the place of Grease . . .

I really want to fit avenue Q into my list of usical play, but it wouldn't fit.

I went with musical movies, since this is the movies & tv section. I would think that musical shows would go in the music secton... but Mike is a mod and he started this thread, so it's his call.
