| I agree that it is Dudley. I don't know if we ever found out but the howler that told Petunia "Remember the last" I think that has someone to do with DD telling Petunia that Dudley can do magic. The other reason I think Dudley can do magic is during Harry's trial, they all tell him that Dudley couldn't have seen the Dementors because you can only see them if you have magic, we don't know if Dudley actually saw them, but I think that in order to feel them or see horrible things, or even for them to attack you that you have to have magic. |

| you know.. about the theory of pier being a parselmouth.. i think.. its a solid theory.. though.. if hes not.. lets say.. if i saw a guy hissing at the snake... u will assume that hes "talking" to it, right? so.. maybe hes not a parcelmouth.?? but.. i think.. he is.. a parcelmouth that is.. who come up with that? your'e good!... BUT.. of course.. theres still some flaws.. why hes not at hogwarts? he will of course.. recieve a letter if hes a wizard.. |

First of all, JK said we will learn something new about petnuia, but it isn't that she does magic, so i know that for a fact. And when DD said Dudley was mistreated it was that he was raised poorly b/c he got everythinhg he wanted. And if it was true, and he was a wiizard, why was he being sent a letter from hogwarts now

why is everbody going to the conclusion that it is sum serios magic this person is going to do. it could be that jk was talkin about sumbody gettin 2 magnets and makin a piece of metal float or sumthing doing this in front of ignorant muggles could be considered magic so..............
i noe its probably wrong but im just trowin it out there feel free to tear it up |
