Voldemort would see himself holding philosopher's stone or any other object that would make him immortal.
Harry would see his family with Ginny and his mom,dad,godfather.tonx and Lupin alive.
Ron would see himself as capetain of some Quidich team(and kissing with Hermione)
Hermione would see her happy with her mom,dad,Ron and kids having good usefull job.
Belatrix would see her and Voldemort's marriage
etc.

Voldemort would probably see himself killing Harry and making himself immortal.
Harry, I think out see all the people he loved that died for him, or from Voldemort by himself.
Ginny would probably see Fred alive, and Harry and her having a good life together..
Ron, I agree would probably see himself with Hermione and then winning something big likethe quiddich cup.

Voldemort-Himself not making mistakes like attacking Harry

Harry-Everyone that he cares about and helped him destroy Voldy

Luna-Herself with people not luaghing at her

Neville-Be like Harry

Ron-Be like Harry in 4th, but yeh, like everyone else said, w/ Hermione

Hermione-Changing everything for good, OR Dobby.

Crouch (sr)-His Wife, or son not turned to Voldy

Crouch (jr) Voldemort returned to power ruling all

Moody-Snape dead

Lupin-Greyback dead

Sirius-Himself free

Snape-Lily

Dumbledore-His sister and brother
