I've seen it a billion times, but never all the way through at one time. One of these days, I'll rent it and sit down and watch the whole thing. I love it, though.

this is a very good movie and it makes me happy every time I come across a Bubba Gump Shrimp restaurant. even though I don't like shrimp.

ahah it was funny.
but that line "life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get" doesn't really make sense if you think about it. because you get the thingi that tells you what the chocolates are so you do!!
but yeh it's a good movie

but only some actually list what they are...others make you guess. 
and you also have to remember when the movie is set: things change. |

On remarks to the movie, I just watched it in school and I had forgotten what a great historical movie it is.

Jenny was such a tragic character. She went through so much and tried to straighten her life out and reach her goals... and at the end her tries just weren't good enough.
Tom Hanks is a great actor, and he was fantastic in this movie.
I loved watching how the times changed, but people's views didn't. It is like that saying, the more things change, the more things stay the same.
The fact that we got to see people's struggles through such innocent eyes was really interesting, as well.
