I didn'tt think so because of the red hair. But the demure look is more Hermione than Ginny, in my opinion.

Yeah, it's Romilda. In the book she is described as having black hair and not pleased when Harry kisses Ginny.
And she is definitely in Gryffindor. She catches Harry in the Common Room to give him the spiked cauldron cakes.

If I can find it theres a cool photoshopped pic of Harry and Ginny riding on brooms.
I think its the layout for Harry/Ginny network. Idk haven't been there in forever.
