The room was dark and one slithering voice lowly floated through the air.

"You truly are my most loyal." The foreboding voice whispered.

There was a long silence before the same voice became audible again.

"After all the years of waiting, I know you had wanted to do it a million times before the faithful night of just one week ago. But now, we sit here together, The Dark Lord and his most loyal servant. And our meeting comes with one of the greatest victories my Death Eater's have finally had."

Another pause, when the voice spoke again, it was distinctly louder yet still out of range even for the best set of expendable ears.

"Harrrry, Potter can no longer hide behind the great muggle lover. At last I will thwart that I gave power. Just like his filthy.... mother."

There was a relish in Voldemort's voice as his said 'mother.

"Now, my friend... It is your turn to speak." The Dark Lord instructed.

My Lord,

I have killed your greatest obstacle to the defeat of harry potter.
The boy shall be delivered to you in no time.
I only request that you let me personally deliver him to you,
and that you let me taunt him and torment him before he falls.
I want to see him hurt like i hurt before.
I want to see him weeping, and begging me for mercy.
I want to personally bring the boy to his death.

"Ah," Voldemort hissed. "You would be the one who brings him to me... Severus, I trust you I do but it's just that..."

Voldemort's thinly mouthed smiled was finally shown through a glint of light.

"I know your hatred fro the boy runs deep, a hatred that is more of a scar than that boy has on his forehead. As I do trust you, I cannot trust you enough, my snakely friend to bring me the boy.... very.... much.... alive!"

There was a pause and Voldemort explained.

"A plan that was set in place many moons ago is now underway. Harry Potter will indeed... come to me. He will seek me out and a futile attempt to kill me and in that moment, he will have lost everything. He will watch his mudblood and blood traitors of friends die and then, the last thing he will see is my face. And Severus... I plan for it to in-singe a scar that haunts him every death of his death. With the death of The Boy Who Lived, the magical world will crumble. Their hope shattered. With the fall of Harry Potter comes our rise... I hope you understand, Minister Snape."

Voldemort hissed the reward in his servants ear, the end of Harry Potter was now.

he must pay for every drop of blood that lily potter lost in order to save him.
i want to see him fall.
i want to take him to you once he has decided to seek you to end it all.

My Lord, I am sorry for not finishing off the job myself. I never meant to do that. But I shall carry out the next set of tasks myself, I will prove my worth and avenge my father truly.

Voldemort turned ferociously as it was apparent that young Draco had just interrupted his private conversation with Snape.

Voldemort glided over, striking fear in the young man.

"While I cannot refute that you were resourceful in allow the Death Eaters into Hogwarts, it was you who were to produce the killing curse. That was your proof that you could truly handle the dark arts and be my true servant..."

The was an eerie pause before Voldemort spoke again.

"Give me one reason why I shall not kill you know, perhaps you are having second thoughts and only ran from Hogwarts because you had no place else to turn... Tell me I am mistaken young Malfoy, tell Lord Voldemort that he is mistaken!"

severus snape decided to butt in. he was not sure if malfoy would give a convincing answer.

"my lord," he said, "the boy is unable to do a killing curse. he still needs to master it. i will be glad to give him private lessons."

Draco stood still, not even a flinch from Voldemort's swoop on him. "My Lord, I wish to avenge my father and defeat Potter once and for all. And from what Severus has suggested, I believe I still need to master the killing curse."

"Potter! Potter! Potter!" Voldemort said angrily. "The boy is mine to kill!"

Voldemort looked at Draco for a moment longer then continued, "You are unable to perform the killing curse? I wonder, yes... I wonder. Could it be because you do not have enough hatred? I sense conflict in this boy. But yet, I will allow my my loyal, I will allow Snape to teach you. If you have it in you, I expect you to be killing mudbloods and muggles in less than a fortnight."

Voldemort then turned back towards Snape with effortless motion. "I'm putting my faith in you Snape, but I will give you a chance to back out now, if you don't think the boy can handle it, if you don't think he has it in him to be a true Death Eater, then you can back out of this obligation. But if you do take it, I expect you not to fail!"
