Open the file in paint... then just save it again as a jpeg instead of the original file type. _________________

You know...I was wondering that too. Like in Photoshop I can never save anything under JPEG and it annoys me. _________________ Are you into classic rock? Then join, www.classicrockforum.co.cc

Your scanning software should have a default output setting. You should be able to change the file type to one of several options including PDF, JPG, BMP, TIFF, etc. Additionally, you should be able to play with the visual settings for the scanner in how it creates the image. This should allow you to "darken" the image by default to show your drawings better. _________________

right click the pdf file, select open with and open it with whatever program you plan on editting it with. edit it then when you go to save it, select the file type as jpeg. *i think .gif is better quality _________________
