I went with Harry because I feel I should be supporting my Gryffindor Champion... but actually, I really liked them all.
Fleur seemd like such a "girly'-girl" complaining about being cold, always looking perfect and flriting with boys... but she was just as tough, brave, and talented as any of the guys.
Viktor was very brave, even Harry noticed it. And he had good taste in women. Hermione wasn't necassarily the most beautiful girl, but Viktor would hang out in the library just to work u the nerve to talk to her. Obviously he saw in her what took Ron years to figure out. It shows that he wasn't as shallow as he could have been, seeing as how all the fangirls loved to hang all over him. He could have chosen any of them, but he wanted the girl with the brains. And years later, he was still disappointed when he saw her and Ron together.
Cedric was considered dense, all beauty no brains. But he was incredibly talented and was level with Harry at the end. People thought he was a toss-away person, but in the end he showed how fair, loyal, and brave he was.
All of those characters were thought to be shallow, reckless, and brainless. By the end of the tournament you see different sides to them and your preconceived notions are demolished. _________________

Fluer was sor tof obnoxious, but I went with her anyway. I was rather disappointed that there was only one girl, and she was only chosen because she came from the all-girl's school from which at lest one person had to be chosen. I was also disappointed that she came in last. I still had to go with the girl. I can't explain it, but the idea that guys are some how superior irks me. _________________ What luck for ruler that men do not think. ~ AH

Only in the movie was it an all girls school. In the books there were boys.
GoF ch 15, pg 244 (US ed)
Harry, whose attention had been focused completely upon Madame Maxime, now notice that about a dozen boys and girl, all, by the look of them, in their late teens, had emerged from the carriage and were now standig behind Madame Maxime. _________________

I literally just read that part this morning and completely missed the boys. Literally, I am on page 248 right now, so that was one of the last things that I read. I checked, and you're right. _________________ What luck for ruler that men do not think. ~ AH

The funny thing is that I've only seen that movie twice and when it was in theatres. It must have had more of an effect on me than I realized. It's not my favorite book, either, and I haven't read it since the movie came out. So maybe I do go by the movie a bit. _________________ What luck for ruler that men do not think. ~ AH

You ony have to see it once to get brainwashed. You saw it twice. You're screwed. _________________

Cedric in my opinion should have been the best choice. I mean, even though he gets killed he should have won the Triwizard Cup. He is the true Hogwarts champion. Like it or not, its true.
