I've been to a few Toby Keith Concerts, and to the New England Country Music Festival. ;o I don't seek country music out, but I don't mind it.

There's nothing wrong with it if that's your thing. I just can't stand it, myself. I do like some bluegrass, though.

i like some country music. Most of it is really dumb, though. It's hard to appreciate a dumbed-down song that concentrates more on making the next rhyme than the beauty of language. I love the dixie chicks. Their songs are extremely poetic and beautiful. There are other artists that I like, I just can't think of any at the moment.

Country music isn't my cup of tea. It's just one of those music genres that doesn't tickle my ears' fancy.

I've always thought of country as badly sung blues, that lacks conviction.

Some country artists are plain awful, while others are really great. Country music has such a reputation for being all about about tractors and junk that the good songs get sadly overlooked.

that's twice where you make retarded stereotypical statements about something that you know nothing about in music.

It's just not my sound.

Yeah, some old country music songs sound just the same. Like 1 man singing about some girl in a really deep voice. The whole album would be almost exactly the same, these type of songs are really awful. But there are some real good ones.

I typically can't stand country, but I can tolerate 'some' Johnny Cash. He had such a unique voice.

I used to hate Country.. But my ex.. that was all he listened to.. my first date with him was at a country bar.. so really I had to learn to like it.. Now I LOVE country music. I still go to that country bar and the house band is awesome. I have mentioned them here before.. Bandera.. yeah they are good.
