I think he's Dumbledore's man. Perhaps Dumbledore planed his own death, to help both Harry and Snape. Harry now has a greater desire of revenge, and Snape is deeper in Voldemort's trust. In HBP it says about Snape's place of residence:

Quote:
The place had an air of neglect, as though it was not usually inhabited.

..that's proof enough for me.

Snape is just plain evil. Why did Dumbledore trust him so.

I think he is a good guy now. He is trying to make up for his bad Karma for past actions.

That might be so. I think Harry could've just put him on his broomstick with him and flied away. Do you think that would be possible??

Well, yeah he is a mysterious character. But I think he's good. Dumbledore's death was probably an elaborate plan by him and Snape. We'll find out when book 7 comes out.

Snape I think is pretending to be LV's lapdog to get info on him. I bet he is really good.

Snape is one of these 3D charicters. Is they say in English.
But I think he is evil through and through and good on him.

I am not convinced that Snape is a good guy as he killed Dumbledore and he was a Death Eater, and like Sirius said to Harry in the fourth film, "No one stops being a Death Eater."

i think that was because harry's father James, saved his life and so snape felt he had a debt to save harry's life.

I can't decide whether Snape is good or bad - it is too hard to tell. But I have one thing - Dumbledore should NEVER have give snape the Defence Against the Dark Arts job in the first place as he always wanted that.

I think Dumbledore just put Snape in the DADA posistion just to say, "Hey I trust you, don't try and sell me out. Okay?"

But Snape did it anyway.
