yeah. harry potter is a really popular thing.. so even three hours will be ok.

Well, he did cut quite a lot from OotP, but if he cuts out as much from HBP,

I would sit through ANY length.

I swear if they cut Lupin/Tonks I'll be pissed. And I just know they will too. Because she professes her love in that scene with Bill and Fleur, and Bill and Fleur were cut, so.... I'm not even gonna bother hoping for it.

the six book is so crucial to lead into the seventh book, The kissing scences with ron and lavender can be cut short but the rest of the story should be left in .

I don't care if the movie went for 3 hours. Cutting parts from Riddle's past is stupid!!! They're so vital and for those who haven't read the books must understand the importance of understanding Riddle's past. Which also brings me to how Yates didn't dedicate a whole scene about the importance of the prophecy, or how stupid Voldemort was to believe everything the prophecy said, and Neville wasn't mentioned at all.

I also hope they don't cut out the whole Bill and Fleur relationship.

Fire I WANT my RIDDLE!!! if they cut out his memories like they didnt to snapes in OoP, i swear you will see a nuclear plume cloud over david yates house. i have the power i have the technology, and i have the net!!! just need to come up with a lot of money!!! IT WILL BE DOJNE!!!

On mugglenet I just ran across this interview with Richard Griffiths (Vernon Dursley) which confirms something else that won't be in the film:

"I'm not in the sixth film so I want bigger roles. I asked JK Rowling if she could write Vernon a bigger part and she said 'no', so there you go."

So that means no Dumbledore meeting with the Dursleys. Not a huge loss I guess.

No, unfortunately the Dursleys will not be in the 6th film but I can assure you that Dumbledore will be at Privet Drive to pick Harry up.

And, I need to rant more about the cuts in this movie. I really wanted the whole Bill and Fleur relationship happening.
