I would say that Umbridge was the worst and most hated teacher. She never really taught the students anything and was just overall a horrible person.

hmm about the whole **snape factor** i used to hate him but after dh i kind of like him. just abit though. some people immediatly LOVED snape after DH but i still KIND OF dislike him a bit. he did everything he did for lily and no1 else. he didnt even grow to like harry one bit! which i thaught was really harsh, he didnt give harry not ONE chance! ...........but yeah, i don't hate him anymore. nor dislike him. i like him. but not too much. i just rekon hes kool now. but i dont love him. i just like him.

I don't think Harry always gave Snape a lot of reason to like him. I mean, really, at one point he purposely caused an explosion so Hermione could steal from the stockroom. I'm one of the most easy-going instructors around, but if somebody purposely blew something up in my lab, there would Hell to pay.

I actually think Snape was just ruff teacher,but in the end one more victim of that imbecil Lord Voldemort.
Did you say Flitch Loony?Hm...last time I checked he was not a teacher.Just how to call him caretaker.
Seems almost all votes are pointed to that old cow UMBRIDGE!!!Urgh I would like to smash her face.

I don`t like Snape even though what`s happened in the last part... Snape hated Harry first of all because of James and that`s not fair...
And of course... I hate Umbridge!!!

Snape enjoyed being bad to Harry and some other Gryffindors. But Umbridge enjoyed being bad to everyone!! Besides Snape was secretly gurding Harry. so that kinda pays off. Very Happy

I don't dislike any of the Hogwarts teachers, honestly. They each have their own unique personality that makes the books amusing to read. Seriously, how boring would it be if Snape was nice, Umbridge was trustful, and Trelawny was sane?
