Well, it was a 700+ page book into a like a 3 hour movie.
They did skip a lot of parts, but that's what happens when the book is so long. I thought they did a pretty good job at telling the story with what they put in.
I have to disagree with you here. This movie was my favorite of the 5 so far. |

I think that goblet of fire is one of the best potter films yet.
No offense people need to realize that there never going to make a perfect potter movie, thats why when i basically judge the movie as its own not comparing it with the book. |

I loved this move mainly because cedric was in it but the worst part of it is that cedric had to die _________________

I used to dislike it so much because of the amount of parts they skipped, but I watched it again last night and I realized that they did a good job of picking out important parts in the book, and they did a fantastic job with it.

| yes it probably was the one least like the book, but i found this movie entertaining and i think they did a good job to say that they have to fit a 600 page book into 2 hours and 30mins. |

I personally think that PoA is the worst of the movies. They skipped over more in PoA than they did in GoF. _________________

GoF actually skipped more, PoA only had six deleted scenes, GoF had like 18... _________________

It really is the best out of the film adaptations; not as watered-down as the first three, not as disjointed as the fifth. Don't get me wrong, I like all five of the movies... but this one is at the top of my list for many good reasons. |

| I haven't watched any of them and thought "wow that was horrible". I must be an easy sell for movie producers. |

| This is my favourite BOOK so I guess i had huge expectations. In my opinion, I think this movie is the worst so far of the 5. I haven't watched the DVD ever since I bought it. I mean, everytime I buy a HP DVD i watch it at least twice a week, but for GoF I didn't have the urge at all. |

i hated ootp it was terrible they left so much out. gof was ok i mean yeah it did leave stuff out but it is the biggest book of the series. poa is my favorite bc in the book it didnt have anything to do with voldemort, & i like the fact that it was about the marauders. cos was good bc it basically followed the book, but not so much gory & dark like the newer movies. & finally ss was probably one of the best movies theyve done so far, bc it was right on the book, the whole time, its actually amazing that they could get it that well. _________________
