I think I identify with each sister a little bit.... I think it depends on where I am at the time in my life when I can say which sister I identify with more.
Laurie is fantastic, especially when played by Christian Bale... who's birthday is coming up, by the way. Remind me to throw confetti, lol.
I wish I hadn't read the sequels, especially Jo'S Boys. I really feel like those books ruined Little WOmen and Louisa May Alcott for me. I still appreciate her and Little Women, but I wish she hadn't written Jo's Boys. The bitter tones are really sour. _________________ ^made by Fiendfyre

Beyond Christian Bale (although I do love him and think he was GREAT as Laurie), the book was awesome too. I read it for a book report in fourth grade and have loved it ever since. I identify with Jo and Beth too, mainly. I don't think the movie did justice to Jo's relationship with Mr. Baer later in the book, but it did have to be shortened for movie. _________________ The woods are lovely, dark, and deep
