Actually the 1st picture is from the Final Fantasy VII movie which takes place 2 years after the game. No game can look that good yet, though the PS3 will come pretty close. So the graphics aren’t just pretty good but the best you can get as of now.
And the second picture is from a cut scene, it’s just to add a cinematic feel to the game, when actually playing the game, the graphics are nowhere near that level.

Well I have played the game a couple times, I still think the graphics kick ass!

Did you play it on the PS2? And did the main Character look like this?
The graphics were always considered excellent when released (except for IX).

I was just trying to defend Final Fantasy and RPGs. I don't like it when people diss either of them when they don't know anything about them.

On topic: I don't think Snape is completely evil. Voldy is because he has never been loved. Snape has been loved, JK has said that herself.
And at the end of book 6, Snape doesn't intend to harm Harry, doesn't try to jinx him, until Harry calls him a coward. If Snape was evil, he would have kidnapped Harry or something like that. |

Yeah i agree with u there manic, it is really hard to believe that Snape could be evil. I mean that could mess the entire Harry Potter storyline up.
Back to Final Fantasy: I seriously think that we need a thread for this, and i also think that people shouldnt be commenting on stuff they dont understand.

I’m making the Final Fantasy thread, but I’m trying to make it look professional. Making an official banner and stuff and doing a brief synopsis of the series. Everything will be finalized soon.
