Well... none of them deserved to die, but I'd say Lupin, because he just had the baby, and he would have really wanted to spend time with her and get to know his own daughter, before he died.

well, i think tonks shouldnt have died cause it's just too cruel, she's so young and good and little teddy is left parentless, all too sad

one of the weasleys had to die, it was obvious, so fred was chosen to do so

but lupin was my fave character, so i would have spared him, but it suits that he died, all that marauders died in war after all

ahhh too many to choose from. i wish they all survived, but I voted for Ced because he really really didn't have to die, i dont want to sound mean, i know the others didn't deserve it, but come on! Cedric was just trying to win the cup!.

I wish Fred hadn't died. And Colin, because he was so young... But I think JKR did well on making the war realistic.

again another tough choice.

i didnt want any of them to die.

but in the end i chose. lupin, because he only just had teddy, and he just looked so relieved and happy that he wasnt a werewolf. and i felt that he deserved to spend more time with him.

I voted Sirius, because he was Harry's only real "family" left. Sad

And I would vote Fred too Crying or Very sad

And of course I want that Cedric would be alive also, I just forget to say.

I think that all of the deaths are necessary. Jo doesn't kille people unnecessarily. Actually, that it probably the only problem that I had with her books. Not enough people died. Sometimes pointless deaths just happen, especially during war, but every one of Jo's deaths had a point.

Neither of them should have died but I did vote for Lupin , but I would have voted for Sirius and Fred too because he was young and Sirius was the only family Harry had left so he understood Teddy's feelings when Lupin and Tonks died .
