hey guys i have 2 avis that i would like to shrink. theyre a moving gif file and i do not know how to do that. everytime i try it freezes and doesnt move anymore.
here are the files. oh and the burning man is the right size but it says 34 kb too big?
also if whomever does it can tell me how for next time. thank you in advance.

That's because it says 44kb. I'll try and do it, but it's hard trying to fit it in on a low restriction without ruining the gif. You use imageready and you can either change the size of it, or delete some frames to make it smaller. (kb wise)

I used t know how to do this, the files looked like crap thoughm so I don't think you want me touching these.
