JK Rowling did actually mention in an interview the relationship of jews/muggles.
How one jew in the family would "poison the blood". i.e the half blood rank or mudblood.
I think the parallel was quite deliberate. The fact that is was developed into a war also. |

Hitler was one man who wanted pure german blooded peple,but in HP all "pure blooded" wizzards wanted to "clean" world of muggles.
Maybe she was trying to tell us that we shouldn't discriminate someone,but who knows her thoughts really?

There are certainly some parallels.
Btw, there is the possibility that Hitler may have been 1/4 Jewish (in that case he would have been "an impure Aryan" - a bit like Voldemort).
I think that Voldemort was more individualistic, he didn't seem to love his Death Eaters (with the probable exception of Lestrange) and was feared by many of them, unlike Hitler (who enjoyed a relatively high level of support among the populace until the very end of WWII, many people believed that he was genuine and cared for the common good).
In addition, another important distinction is that "pureblood" in the magical world was solely a matter of genetics, not phenotypical expression (e.g. most of the Death Eaters were white, but they didn't seem to have many common physical traits). On the other hand, not all Nazis were "perfect Aryans", so one could argue that cultural considerations may have been more important than biological ones even during the reign of the Nazis.

i thought he wanted to keep the aryian blood pure more then the german
