Did anyone else notice him doing wandless magic at the end where the Mirror of Erised was? Because he snapped his fingers and flames went all over the place.

Dumbledore does wandless (and sometimes wordless magic) as well, throughout different times in the series. I think the wands are only required for the majority of spells, there may be certain ones you don't need a wand for.

Harry does it as well (In PS and again in PoA) like when he lets the snake out of it's cage.

True, but at the time he didn't know he was doing magic.

That whole scene at the end there is pretty amazing. Plus, Columbus directed it, so OF COURSE it was great! Very Happy

Haha I never thought of it like that...

I think that they CAN do wandless magic, just that they begin to rely on their wands so much that they either just dont, or dont learn to. And in PoA he shatters a glass and blows up his aunt... Would you count that? lol
