In the movie Sirius doesn't give him a firebolt, but in the book he does.
I think in the movie he should because it showed Sirius cared about him more & it talks about the Firebolt.

Actually, Sirius does give him the Firebolt. It is implied through the feather of Buckbeak that was left with it (since Sirius escaped with the help of Buckbeak).

Yeah, they put it at the end though. and Ron never got Pig Sad

Poor Pigless Ron!

And I love Pig in the books. I'm kind of glad they kept Pig out of the movies because inevitably the film makers would have ruined his character. They would have made poor Pig a huge owl with green eyes and blonde...er feathers.

Personally, I kind of wanted to see Ron get Pig in the movie. It didn't bother me that much though.

Sirius was watching harry to see if he was as good as jame had been and saw his broom fallen apart so he brought him a Firebolt

i wanted to see sirius send that letter to harry about him being able to go to hogsmeade since hes his godfather and i wanted to see the ending where he told the Dursleys that Sirius was his escaped convict godfather who checks in periodically to see if hes happy or not. that was one of my fav parts in the book

Sirius did give Harry the Firebolt at the very end of the movie, I think he sent it with a feather.

Yeah, but I it still would have been better like in the middle of the film, like in the book, then Ron and Hermione would of like argued moreXD. It would have been good to see more quidditch...:l

He DOES!! In the package there`s a feather of Buckbeak. You should`ve gotten the hint!!
But I agree that important part about Harry telling Dursleys about Sirius was soooo missing.

In the movie Sirius did give the Firebolt to Harry, though he used Buckbeak's feather, so only Harry and Hermione knew he did.

kinda sorta. Although I think what they did in the movie was good. It wouldn't have made sense to people who haven't read the book though.
