Ya totally, I think that a minor mistake would be not having Ron + Lavender, (mostly cause I want to se Hermione go nuts) But the biggest would not having all the Horcrux information and cutting it short. Everyone would then be going ... what...?
I agree, not having the horacrux information would be really bad. It would be equally terrible if they had somebody else kill Dumbledore. I don't know why they would though.
If they left out Phoenix song and Tonks saying to Remus that she doesn`t care if he`s a werewolf and all that scene. Snape trelling Harry that he`s Half_Blood Prince. And when Harry uses Snape`s curse on Malfoy in that bathroom. I think it was Sectumsempra.
And Dumbledore visiting Harry at the Dursleys house and telling that Sirius left him everything including Kreacher.
And Dobby and Kreacher fight. lol
And probably some mopre important scenes that definitely should be in the movie.
One thing they CANNOT sabatoge is the whole scenario of Harry and Dumbledore's search for the horcrux at the cave. They need to include every detail from that chapter, precise on all edges... but I doubt it will be that way, or else the scene would be really long, but it's the pinnacle of HBP. _________________
Whoever first mentioned the quidditch scenes is very right. They have to add Quidditch back in, and it should be since Cormac McLaggen has already been casted by somebody. Not to mention, Harry's the new captain. _________________

Oh great, just great! But aren't the Gaunts related to the Peverells? That would've been a vital link when Harry and Hermione visit Godric's Hollow. Damn, that will just confuse the movie watchers when it comes to the 7th movie. I really wonder how they're going wriggle out of this one. Let alone the locket that was meant to be thrown away at Grimmauld Place.
They have no excuse to cut those scenes. I'm starting to think this may be a cheesy romance. Hope that isn't the case, because the book had a number of chapters that'd be fantastic on the silver screen. _________________
Ohh!! We musn't forget about the Apparition lessons, because when the Trio starts to move around in the 7th film.. it would look dodgy if all three knew how to apparate without any assistance.
So the Apparition lesson scenes are a must!!! _________________
